Disclaimer

Eat only

Fresh Fruit, all kinds (except citrus)
Fresh Vegetables, all kinds (except potato)
Fresh Meats, all kinds: Rabbit, Venison etc.
Fresh Poultry all kinds
Fresh Fish, all kinds, inc Shellfish.
Fresh Nuts
Sunflower/Olive Oil, for cooking.
Sea Salt, no additives or preservatives.
Drinks: bottled spring water, herbal teas.


Remember: No Processed foods.
Nothing out of a tin can or a packet
No Dairy produce or eggs
No bread or cereals whatsoever.
No Sugars.

Everything should be bought fresh, but you can freeze it if you like.

Decaffeinated tea and coffee are OUT - they contain many other chemicals.

This diet excludes many of the major food allergens in the Western diet as well as many of the chemical contaminants which are added in food processing such as preservatives, colouring agents, flavourings etc.

You can be allergic to anything under the sun, including the sun! If your symptoms do not improve on this diet, it is possible that you are reacting to one or more of the allowed foods. A full elimination diet is the only way to find out which - if any - are involved.

Stay on the diet for 4 weeks.
